Dara-Emma is a dedicated designer and full-stack developer with a passion for building efficient and accessible software solutions. She has a strong foundation in full-stack development and hands-on experience with various programming languages and technologies. Dara-Emma's expertise in UI/UX design, web development, and database interface design enables her to create intuitive user experiences and robust solutions.
As a Programme Manager for CodeYourFuture, she successfully delivered the Scotland full-stack programme and supported global tech projects. Dara-Emma's background in data-driven problem-solving and customer service includes delivering and supporting database projects across Scotland with a focus on accuracy and GDPR compliance. She is known for her problem-solving skills, passion, and organisational and collaborative abilities.
Currently, Dara-Emma works as the April AI Hub Administrator at the University of Edinburgh, overseeing daily activities and fostering collaborations between academic and industry partners. She also works independently as a designer. Dara-Emma continually seeks professional development opportunities, studying data, web development, and cognitive behavioural therapy at universities such as Heriot-Watt, The University of the West of Scotland, and The Open University.
